- We have a two-night minimum stay over the weekends from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. However, single night stays occasionally fit into our calendar. Please check with us for availability.
- Check in time is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Other arrangements may be made with innkeeper, provided 24 hours notice is given.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM.
- Children, ages 12+, are welcome.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
- TouVelle House is a 100% smoke free environment indoors and in swimming pool areas. Smoking is allowed only in the specified outdoor areas (Guests are responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by guest smoking or any other abuse to our guest rooms without further authorization).
- All room rates are based on double occupancy; $50/night is charged for the additional person in the Garden Suite during the spring, summer and fall seasons and $25/night during the winter.
- Quoted rates do not include Occupancy Tax of 10%.
- Military and Law Enforcement discount is available upon booking.
- Corporate rates are available for single occupant and do not inlcude breakfast; subject to availablity and innkeeper's discretion.
- Discounts cannot be combined and will only apply through direct booking.
Deposits and Reservations
- Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night's lodging for each room at the time of booking.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
- Holiday reservations will be paid in full at the time of reservation. In the event of cancellation, payment equal to the portion of the reservation which can be re-booked will be returned.
Cancellations and Changes in Reservations
- We require at least (14) fourteen days' notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Cancellations received less than fourteen days prior to your arrival date will result in a charge for each night the room remains vacant.
- All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.
- No Shows. Full price for each night of the entire reservation will be charged if a guest fails to arrive.
- Reservations for three or more rooms require a prepayment equal to one night for each room, and a full payment of all nights 30 days in advance of arrival. The entire payment is nonrefundable, when less than 60 days notice is given for any changes or cancellations.
- A $20 fee will be withheld from deposit for processing each cancelled room when cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Modification resulting in a shortened stay or diminished number of rooms used made less than 60 days prior to arrival date will require payment for full reservation.
