House Policies

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
As a small property with limited staff, we're unable to accommodate early arrivals or late departures. This allows us the time needed to properly prepare each room and the property for arriving guests.
The latest check-in time is 6:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made, to ensure we don't disturb other guests who may be resting.

TouVelle House is an adults-only property. All guests must be 18 years or older to stay.

Each room is limited to two registered adult guests.
If unregistered or additional guests are discovered, a $150 per night charge will be applied to your reservation and subject to removal from property without refund.

We love animals, but we are a no-pet property.

TouVelle House is a non-smoking property, including vaping. Smoking is permitted only at the gazebo by the pond. Please be respectful of other guests who may also be enjoying this space.

Pool and spa hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, strictly observed out of respect for our neighbors.
The pool area is a quiet zone. Please use earbuds for music, and refrain from using speakers.
Smoking and glassware are not permitted by the pool; only plasticware is allowed to help keep the area safe for everyone.

If you encounter any issues with your room or notice anything that needs attention, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
